Where's My Order?


The easiest way to review your order information is to log into your account. To check the status of your order, please see below:

  • Note: If you checked out as a guest you can track your order as well as start a return just by filling out the "Track Order" form at the top of this page.
  • Due to unforeseen circumstances, we are experiencing delays with final delivery in some areas of the United States. Please allow an additional 2 business days from the time of your original estimated arrival date for final delivery.


When will my order arrive?

Once we receive an order from the site, we send it to be processed as soon as possible. Orders placed Monday through Friday before 1pm will be submitted for processing on the same day. Orders placed after 1pm, Saturday and Sunday, or select holidays will be submitted for processing the next business day. We always try to exceed our customer’s expectations so if we are able to process your order the same day we will certainly do so. The RUSH option is available in order to bypass the processing period of 3-5 days.
