Lost Package


If the delivery time-frame has passed and/or the tracking on your order shows delivered and you have not received your package, we will be happy to process a replacement or a refund.

If you are reporting a lost package, please ensure the following steps are taken prior to contacting customer service:

  1. All customers - Please use the tracking number to monitor your order to see if there are any special instructions or updates listed. If an order is not reported to our company within 10 business days of delivery, there will be no recourse for reimbursement.
  2. Check the immediate area; including any mailbox, garage, porch, front desk, leasing office, neighbor, or anyone that may have signed for or picked up the package.

If you are still unable to locate your package, please Contact Us and a Fan Services' athlete will be more than happy to assist. An investigation will be initiated and upon the conclusion of that investigation a new item may be shipped to the customer.
