Historical Milestones
Randy Johnson was one of the most intimidating pitchers in major league baseball for the better part of two decades. At 6’10” this left-handed pitcher was nearly impossible to pick up for hitters as he led the league in strikeouts nine times in his 22-year career. Recording over 300 wins and 4,800 strikeouts, “The Big Unit” is undoubtedly one of the most feared and dominant pitchers in MLB history.
Spending a majority of his career with the Seattle Mariners and the Arizona Diamondbacks, “The Big Unit” was elected to the Hall of Fame in 2015 on his first time on the ballot. Johnson won the 2001 World Series with the Diamondbacks and was the MVP of the series. He was also a ten-time all-star, that won the Triple Crown back in 2002 with an ERA of 2.32, 24 wins and an absurd 334 strikeouts.
Any baseball fan that appreciates dominant pitching must get themselves autographed Randy Johnson sports memorabilia and collectibles. Let’s not forget this is a man that threw so hard that he somehow hit a bird mid-flight with one of his fastballs. Any sports collector or baseball junkie needs to get some of these memorabilia, which will look amazing displayed in your office, or anywhere around the house, to commemorate one of the best to ever do it.
