Anthony Joseph Graffanino was born on June 6, 1972 in Amityville, New York. He is a professional baseball player in the Major League Baseball. He bats and throws with his right hand and is said to be a contact hitter. He plays as an infielder and positions mostly in the left field. He played in minor league teams including Pulaski, Greenville Braves, Macon Bravers, Idaho Falls Bravers, and the Durham Bulls.
He made his Major League Baseball debut on April 19, 1996 for the Atlanta Braves. He spent three years with the Braves before he joined the Tampa Bay Devil Rays with which he played two and a half seasons. He likewise played for Chicago White Sox for three and a half seasons and as a second base with the Kansas City Royals. After the All-Star Game in 2005, he joined the Boston Red Sox. In 2006, he became part of the Milwaukee Brewers. He was able to play in the 2007 World Series and signed with Cleveland Indians before he finally went into free agency.
As of 2009, his career records include 58 home runs, a batting average of .266 and 302 runs batted in. Nicknamed “Trout”, he is active in community aside from being a baseball player and has participated in a lot of activities for a good cause.
