Before joining the PGA Tour in 2009, Rickie Fowler was the number one amateur golfer in the world for 37 weeks in 2007 and 2008. In college, Fowler went to Oklahoma State University and won the Ben Hogan Award for the best collegiate golfer in the country in 2008. Rickie Fowler than jumped on the scene once he came on the PGA Tour as he won the 2010 PGA Tour Rookie of the Yea ahead of Rory McIlroy.
Rickie Fowler made a name for himself on the PGA Tour due to his wild outfits, especially following his clothing deal with Puma. Fowler has yet to win a major in his career but has finished as high as 2nd in each major except for the PGA Championship for which he has come in 3rd. Most recently, Fowler lost the 2018 Masters Tournament by just one stroke to Patrick Reed. Overall, Fowler has won four tournaments on the PGA Tour and four other ones as professional.
