An American football wide receiver that played for the Carolina Panthers, Keyshawn Johnson was born in Los Angeles, California on July 22, 1972.
His tricky experiences during his young age had motivated him to do well. He started playing football in high school when he was enrolled in the University of Southern California wherein, John Robinson, the football coach stands as a father figure to him. He got a very good performance and earned the JC- All-America honors at the West Los Angeles College. Because of it, the UCS offered him an athletic scholarship. To start with his college years, Keyshawn Johnson was indeed a talented player. He was able to lead the USC Trojans in winning the Cotton Bowl and the Rose Bowl. Keyshawn Johnson’s pro career was spent playing for the New York Jets. He was drafted in the 1996 NFL Draft over-all selection. Johnson played for 3 seasons and was later on traded to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on April 12, 2000. After the 2003 season he was then again traded to other team, the Dallas Cowboy.
Johnson’s football career earned him a Pro Bowl Selection for three times. He achieved this in the season of 1998 and 1999 with his N.Y Jets Team and with the Tampa Bay in 2001. He was known to a durable player. He only missed three pf his 145 possible career games
