About New York Mets Autographed Memorabilia & Collectibles

Historical Milestones

The New York Mets are an MLB team that plays in the National League East division. The Mets have played their home games at Citi Field since 2009, which is located in Flushing, Queens. They were an expansion franchise that came into the league in 1962, for which the Mets had the worst record in MLB history of a 162 game schedule going 40-120 (with two games being canceled). The Mets would go on to shock the world in 1969 when they won the World Series. Future Hall of Famer Tom Seaver won the Cy Young award that season as he led the league with 25 wins, and he had help in the rotation with other great pitchers in Jerry Koosman and rookie Gary Gentry. Tom Seaver and the Mets would win another pennant in 1973, but they lost to the Athletics in the World Series.

One of the best teams in MLB history was the 1986 Mets, who have been known in history as the bad boys of baseball that won. The team featured great players like Lenny Dykstra, Keith Hernandez, Daryl Strawberry, Dwight Gooden and future Hall of Famer Gary Carter. The Mets won 108 games that year and would win the World Series in iconic fashion against the Red Sox. In the sixth game of the series, the Red Sox were one out away from winning the World Series as they were winning 5-2. The Mets would ultimately battle back scoring three runs, capped off by a ground ball hit by Mookie Wilson that went through Red Sox first baseman Bill Buckner’s legs that let the winning run come home. The Mets would go on to win Game 7 for their second championship.

Since 1986 the Mets have been to the World Series twice, in 2000 when they lost in the Subway Series against the Yankees, and again more recently in 2015 when they lost to the Royals. Over the last couple of season, including the World Series run of 2015, the Mets have featured one of the best starting rotations when healthy. This rotation once included Matt Harvey, who was traded in 2018 and still include Noah Syndergaard, Jacob deGrom, Steven Matz and Zack Wheeler. Some of the young talented hitters on the Mets are outfielders Brandon Nimmo and Michael Conforto, with veterans like Yoenis Cespedes, and Jay Bruce expected to anchor the lineup. Mets fans can get great autographed memorabilia that will help them celebrate the history and present of their team. These autographed collectibles are incredibly valuable and will look great on display in your home or office. These autographed memorabilia are all guaranteed authentic.

Collecting New York Mets Memorabilia

Noah Syndergaard Autographed Photos

With his flowing blond hair and 100 miles per hour fastball, it is no wonder that Noah Syndergaard has been dubbed with the name Thor. Mets fans will love our selection of autographed photos, which includes the first pitch of Game Three of the 2015 World Series where Syndergaard threw at the head of the Royals leadoff hitter to start the game. Each of these autographed photos is certified authentic and will be a new favorite to your collection. Mike Piazza Autographed Jerseys

Easily the best catcher in franchise history, Mike Piazza became just the second Met to be inducted into the Hall of Fame in 2016. Piazza made seven of his 12 All-Star appearances as a member of the Mets and led the Mets to the World Series in 2000. Piazza may be most remembered for what he did on September 21, 2001. It was the first professional sports game played in New York since the attack on 9/11 and with the Mets down in the eighth inning Piazza hit a game-winning home run. The Mets retired Piazza’s No. 31 jersey and fans can now get their own certified authentic autographed Piazza jersey to remember the great catcher forever. Tom Seaver Autographed Baseballs

The best pitcher in franchise history, Tom Seaver was maybe the best pitcher in the National League during his time with the Mets winning three Cy Young awards to go with leading the league in countless categories. Nicknamed “The Franchise” and “Tom Terrific”, Seaver was a pivotal member of the 1969 Miracle Mets that won the first World Series in team history. Mets fans should make sure to get their own Tom Seaver certified authentic autographed baseball as a token of history from one of the best to ever do it. David Wright Autographed Bats

David Wright has been synonymous with the New York Mets for over a decade. Wright’s best two years were in 2007 and 2008 where he was the best third baseman in the NL winning the Silver Slugger and Gold Glove awards in both seasons. Wrights holds most of the career records in Mets history and was the fourth player to be named team captain in franchise history back in 2013. Mets fans have always loved David Wright and we offer a great selection of autographed memorabilia so that you can honor the legacy of one of the best Mets players of all-time. Every piece of Wright autographed memorabilia comes with a certificate of authenticity.
