
Historical Ezekiel Elliot Milestones
Dallas Cowboys running back Ezekiel Elliott is a player that football fans will never forget. Elliott was drafted by the Cowboys with the 4th overall pick in the 2016 NFL Draft; he burst onto the NFL scene during a rookie season no fan forgets. In his NFL rookie campaign, Elliott was selected to the Pro Bowl and as a First-Team All-Pro. Zeke has also been named the NFC Offensive Player of the Week, but more awards are sure to come in his decorated NFL career. In 2016 Ezekiel Elliott led the NFL in rushing yards and rushing attempts, cementing Elliott’s status among the best running backs in the league.
Before embarking on an NFL career Elliott played college football for the Ohio State Buckeyes. While in the red, white and silver of the Buckeyes Elliott won both a Big Ten Championship and a College Football Playoff National Championship. Elliott was also named to the First-Team All-Big Ten, a Second-Team All-American, and the Big Ten Offensive Player of the Year. Elliott rushed for 3,961 yards and 43 touchdowns over the course of his college career, becoming one of the greatest players to ever wear the Buckeyes uniform in the process.
