About New Jersey Nets Games and Toys

Characterized by their colors blue, red, silver, and white, the New Jersey Nets had very successful early years. They won their first ABA Championship in 1973, six years after their establishment in 1967. Prior to that, they continuously appeared at the first round of the playoffs. Their second and last championship happened in 1975 against the Denver Nuggets and they finished with a 55 wins and 29 losses.

Very obvious dwindles occurred the following years, from 1977 to 2000. Some years, they would lose the first round of the playoffs while other years, they simply cannot make it to the playoffs. Things started to turn up-side-down by 2001 when they won the Conference finals. This is followed by another Conference Title a year later.

As of now, the Nets is made up of very skilled players such as Power Forward Yi Jianlian, who used to play for the Milwaukee Bucks, Shooting Guard Vince Carter, 2000 Olympic Gold Medalist, Richard Jefferson and Center Brook Lopez, 2007 All-Pac-10 Honorable Mention.
