Vince Papale's life is the stuff of movies. It was 1976 and Papale was a 30- year-old bartender and high school teacher who tried out for the NFL after Philadelphia Eagles coach Dick Vermeil held an open tryout. Papale who stood 6-foot 2-inches and weighed 195 pounds made the team becoming the oldest rookie in NFL history. He played three seasons with the Eagles (1976-78) as a special teams player and wide receiver and was voted Special Team Captain by his teammates. In 2006 Disney released a movie about Vince's story entitled ""Invincible "" starring Mark Wahlberg as Papale. Vince Papale has hand signed this replica Philadelphia Eagles mini helmet.
