Rizzuto was the Yankees' shortstop for 10 of their 26 World Championships. The Scooter was an excellent fielding shortstop and clutch at the plate. Berra was selected to the All-Star team every year from 1948 to 1962 and was a three-time American League MVP. The 1972 Hall of Fame inductee called three no-hitters one of them Don Larsen's perfect game in the 1956 World Series. Larsen spent 14 years in the MLB five of them with the Yankees. He won two World Series with New York and is most famous for tossing the sport's only World Series perfect game which he accomplished on October 8 1956.
