    Product Description

    This is an autographed photo of Lou Piniella. Inscribed on the photo is "1969 AL ROY."

    Piniella spent over half of his 20 year playing career with the New York Yankees. During his playing days he won the 1969 AL Rookie of the Year, and was part of the Yankees World Champion teams of 1977 & 1978.

    Perhaps better known now for his managerial career Piniella won a third World Series ring in 1990 as Manager of the Cincinnati Reds. Piniella retired from baseball at the end of the 2005 season as Manager for the Tampa Bay Devil Rays.
