    This action shot of St Louis Cardinal all-star first baseman Albert Pujols. He burst onto the scene in 2001 winning NL Rookie of the Year honors when he hit .329 and 37 home runs. He has since won the NL MVP in 2005 and again in 2008 and lead the Cardinals to the 2006 World Series championship. He became the fifth youngest player to hit 300 home runs when he accomplished the feat on July 4, 2008 at only 28 years old.
