RICO has been manufacturing Car Flags longer than any other competitor in this industry.....over 25 years of research and development allows us to offer the best product.

Our Car Flags are made of a superior material that is UV, color fast/fade resistant --80 Denier / 100% Polyester. (This material is proprietary to RICO and has been developed over the years to last longer and stand up to the climatic elements which vary from north to south and east to west). Our competition uses fabric that ranges from 45 Denier to 65 Denier, none of our competitors offer a superior fabric.

We use "Permacoretex-60" thread to double stitch the two pieces of car flag material together before binding and mounting on the poles. Our competitors use 40-50 weight thread that does not hold up as well.

Our Binding material is 35% thicker and more durable than competition. This is the leading edge of the flag which takes most of the wind and impact of the outside elements. Simply put... it doesn't break down and result in flags falling off the poles.

Poles
The Poles are possibly the most important part of the construction. RICO has a proprietary manufacturing process that allows the flag to bend with the wind, BUT, not crack in cold climates, the most common flaw in competition’s pole manufacturing.

Our Car Flags have been subjected to independent testing by major laboratories by key customers. our Car Flags were found to offer the best wear duration and withstand heats of 120 degrees Fahrenheit to 30 degrees below zero without failure.
