October is here and that can only mean one thing: The MLB Playoffs. In the AL East, The Tampa Bay Rays and the Boston Red Sox are in. Yankees fans everywhere are hoping Alex Rodriguez and Mariano Rivera don’t make ending the season in September a regular thing!
A late-season collapse saw the New York Mets missing the playoffs for the second time in two years. David Wright and Carlos Beltran couldn’t hold of the Philadelphia Phillies, who overtook the Metropolitans and won the NL East. Out West, Manny Ramirez did what he does best and used his bat to lift the LA Dodgers to a division title.

Down South, Peyton Manning and the Indianapolis Colts are playing catch-up with the Tennessee Titans and the Jacksonville Jaguars. The San Diego Chargers were the pre-season favorite to win the AFC West. But LaDainian Tomlinson and his boys are number two behind the Denver Broncos. Will the Bolts get back on track, or could the Broncos be for real?
