 A professional basketball player from Croatia, Zan Tabak was drafted by the Houston Rockets in 1985. His twenty years as a basketball player was filled with remarkable achievements despite suffering injuries. He was a backup to Hakeem Olajuwon. In the 1995 expansion draft, he was picked up by the Toronto Raptors.  It was also in the year 1995 that he was the NBA champion He has also played for the Boston Celtics in 1998 after not doing well with the Toronto Raptors because of injuries.  In the NBA 200 Finals which was won by the Los Angeles Lakers, Zan Tabak has put in a great performance to the team. Tabak has seen that his career was already coming to an end, in the 2000-01 season was already the end of his NBA career. He returned to plat for the European basketball.
