Wendel Clark (full name: Wendel Clark; no nicknames) played left wing/defenseman from 1986 until 2000 for the Toronto Maple Leafs, Quebec Nordiques, New York Islanders, Tampa Bay Lightning, Detroit Red Wings and Chicago Blackhawks. He played for the Leafs from 1986 - 2000, Nordiques in 1995, Islanders in 1996, Lightning in 1999, Red Wings in 1999 and Blackhawks in 2000. Over 15 seasons, he played 793 games, scored 330 goals, and made 234 assists. Born in Kelvington, Saskatchewan on October 25, 1966, Clark stands 5-11 and weighs 194 lbs. He was drafted by the Toronto Maple Leafs in the 1st round (1st overall) of the 1985 NHL Entry Draft. Clark officially announced retirement on June 29, 2000.
