About Wayman Tisdale:
Wayman Tisdale (full name: Wayman Lawrence Tisdale; no nicknames) played Forward-Center from 1986 until 1997 for the Indiana Pacers, Sacramento Kings and Phoenix Suns. Over 12 seasons, he played 840 games, scored 12878 points (15.3 ppg) and grabbed 5117 rebounds (6.1 rpg). Tisdale also dished out 1077 assists (1.3 apg), made 464 steals (0.6 spg), and blocked 500 shots (0.6 bpg) during his career. Born in Tulsa, Oklahoma on June 9, 1964, Tisdale stood 6-9 and weighed 240 lbs. He attended high school at Booker T. Washington in Tulsa, Oklahoma and college at University of Oklahoma. He was drafted by the Indiana Pacers in the 1st round (2nd pick, 2nd overall) of the 1985 NBA draft.
