Walt Budko (full name: Walter Budko Jr.; Walt) played Forward-Center from 1949 until 1952 for the Baltimore Bullets and Philadelphia Warriors. Over 4 seasons, he played 253 games, scored 2037 points (8.1 ppg) and grabbed 684 rebounds (2.7 rpg). Budko also dished out 471 assists (1.9 apg), made steals (0.0 spg), and blocked shots (0.0 bpg) during his career. Born in Brooklyn, New York on July 30, 1925, Budko stands 6-5 and weighs 220 lbs. He attended high school at Trinity School in New York, New York and college at Columbia University. He was drafted by the Baltimore Bullets in the 1st round (6th pick, 6th overall) of the 1948 BAA draft.
