Wally Post (full name: Walter Charles Post; no nicknames) played rightfielder from 1949 until 1964 for the Cincinnati Reds, Cincinnati Redlegs, Philadelphia Phillies, Minnesota Twins and Cleveland Indians. He played for the Reds from 1949 - 1963, Redlegs from 1956 - 1957, Phillies from 1958 - 1960, Twins in 1963 and Indians in 1964. Over 15 seasons, he played 1204 games, hit 210 home runs, drove in 594 runs, and stole 19 bases. Born on July 9, 1929 in St. Wendelin, OH, Post stood 6' 1" and weighed 190 lb.
