Wally Holborow (full name: Walter Albert Holborow; no nicknames) played pitcher from 1944 until 1948 for the Washington Senators and Philadelphia Athletics. He played for the Senators from 1944 - 1945 and Athletics in 1948. Over 3 seasons, he started 2 games, won 2 games, struck out 18 batters, and had a 3.31 ERA. Born on November 30, 1913 in New York, NY (All Transactions), Holborow stood 5' 11" and weighed 187 lb. He attended high school. His debut was on September 27, 1944 and he played his final game on October 2, 1948. Common misspellings of his name include Walter Albert Wally walt walter Holborow.
