Ty Cline (full name: Tyrone Alexander Cline; no nicknames) played centerfielder and first baseman from 1960 until 1971 for the Cleveland Indians, Milwaukee Braves, Chicago Cubs, Atlanta Braves, San Francisco Giants, Montreal Expos and Cincinnati Reds. He played for the Indians from 1960 - 1962, Braves from 1963 - 1965, Cubs in 1966, Braves from 1966 - 1967, Giants from 1967 - 1968, Expos from 1969 - 1970 and Reds from 1970 - 1971. Over 12 seasons, he played 892 games, hit 6 home runs, drove in 251 runs, and stole 22 bases. Born on June 15, 1939 in Hampton, SC, Cline stands 6' 0" and weighs 170 lb. He attended St. Andrew's (Charleston, SC) high school. His debut was on September 14, 1960 and he played his final game on September 26, 1971.
