Troy Crowder (full name: Troy Crowder; no nicknames) played right wing from 1988 until 1997 for the New Jersey Devils, Detroit Red Wings, Los Angeles Kings and Vancouver Canucks. He played for the Devils from 1988 - 1991, Red Wings in 1992, Kings from 1995 - 1996 and Canucks in 1997. Over 6 seasons, he played 150 games, scored 9 goals, and made 7 assists. Born in Sudbury, Ontario on May 3, 1968, Crowder stands 6-4 and weighs 220 lbs. He was drafted by the New Jersey Devils in the 6th round (108th overall) of the 1986 NHL Entry Draft. Crowder officially announced retirement on August 6, 1999.
