Hailing from Cedar Rapids, Iowa, Trent Jason Green is a former football player in the National Fotball League. He was born on July 9, 1970 and grew up in St. Louis, Missouri. He finished high school in St. John Vianney High School also in Missouri and attended college in Indiana University where he played football for four years. As a college football player, he made a record of 5,400 yards rushed and 23 touchdowns, with 32 interceptions.  

 

He started playing professionally in 1993 when he was selected to play for San Diego Padres at the 1993 National Football League Draft. He was drafted during the eighth round as the twenty sixth pick. He only served as backup player for the Padres and did not appear in any game that season. He was cut by the BC Lions in 1994 to play in the Canadian Football League. He formally started in NFL in 1998 and made a year record of 3,441 yards rushed, 11 interceptions and 23 touchdowns.  

 

Green likewise played for several other teams including the St. Louis Rams, Miami Dolphins and Kansas City Chiefs. Among his achievements are the Super Bowl championship XXXIV and being a two-time Pro Bowl selection, one in 2003 and the other in 2005.  

 

According to statistics, he made 2,266 completed pass, with a percentage of 60.6 and 28, 475 passing yards with a QB rating of 86.0 as of 2008.

Trent Green (fullname: Trent Jason Green; no nicknames) played from 1997 until 2008 for the Washington Redskins, St. Louis Rams, Kansas City Chiefs and Miami Dolphins. He played 120 games, starting 113 of those. Born in St. Louis, MO on July 9, 1970, Green stands 6'3 and weighs 217 lbs. He attended college at Indiana. He was drafted by the San Diego Chargers in the 8th round (222nd overall) of the 1993 NFL Draft.
