Tony Richardson is a professional football player who is currently playing in the National Football League. He began showing interest at the sport when he was just a young boy and has pursued a high school football career which was followed by an awesome college football experience at Auburn University. He started his National Football League career as an undrafted free agent who signed with the Dallas Cowboys in 1994. However, his first seasons as part of the NFL team were not impressive as he mostly played in the practice squad and was soon released by the team. After he left the Cowboys, he signed with the Kansas City Chiefs in the 1995 season. He made an impact when he successfully blocked Marcus Allen from scoring his 100th touchdown in the league. He was then assigned as the starting fullback of the team and was included in the list for the 2003 and 2004 seasons of the AFC and the Pro Bowl in 2005. In 2006, he joined the Minnesota Vikings and again was chosen to appear in the Pro Bowl in the 2008 season. He then moved to the New York Jets which he signed in 2008 and is still currently part of the team.

He has played 219 games, starting 123 of those. Born in Frankfurt, Germany on December 17, 1971, Richardson stands 6'1 and weighs 238 lbs. He attended college at Auburn.
