Tommie Harris was born in Killeen, Texas on October 29, 1983. Before venturing into the football field, he also had tried being part of the track and field group during his high school years wherein he appeared as one of the members in the prospected players for a professional football game.
He spent his college education in the University of Oklahoma where he won as the best lineman of the nation through the Lombardi Award in the year 2003.
