Tom McMillen (full name: Charles Thomas McMillen; Tom) played Forward-Center from 1976 until 1986 for the Buffalo Braves, New York Knickerbockers, Atlanta Hawks and Washington Bullets. Over 11 seasons, he played 729 games, scored 5914 points (8.1 ppg) and grabbed 2913 rebounds (4.0 rpg). McMillen also dished out 788 assists (1.1 apg), made 198 steals (0.3 spg), and blocked 191 shots (0.3 bpg) during his career. Born in Elmira, New York on May 26, 1952, McMillen stands 6-11 and weighs 215 lbs. He attended high school at Mansfield in Mansfield, Pennsylvania and college at University of Maryland. He was drafted by the Buffalo Braves in the 1st round (9th pick, 9th overall) of the 1974 NBA draft.
