Tom Hammonds (full name: Tom Edward Hammonds; Hambone, The Terminator) played Forward from 1990 until 2001 for the Washington Bullets, Charlotte Hornets, Denver Nuggets and Minnesota Timberwolves. Over 12 seasons, he played 687 games, scored 3617 points (5.3 ppg) and grabbed 2243 rebounds (3.3 rpg). Hammonds also dished out 378 assists (0.6 apg), made 167 steals (0.2 spg), and blocked 136 shots (0.2 bpg) during his career. Born in Fort Walton, Florida on March 27, 1967, Hammonds stands 6-9 and weighs 215 lbs. He attended high school at Crestview in Crestview, Florida and college at Georgia Institute of Technology. He was drafted by the Washington Bullets in the 1st round (9th pick, 9th overall) of the 1989 NBA draft.
