Tom Banks (fullname: Thomas Sidney Banks Jr.; no nicknames) played from 1971 until 1980 for the St. Louis Cardinals. He played 116 games, starting 63 of those. Born in Birmingham, AL on August 20, 1948, Banks stands 6'1 and weighs 245 lbs. He attended college at Auburn. He was drafted by the St. Louis Cardinals in the 8th round (189th overall) of the 1970 NFL Draft.
