Tim McCormick (full name: Timothy Daniel McCormick; Tim) played Center from 1985 until 1992 for the Seattle Supersonics, Philadelphia 76ers, New Jersey Nets, Houston Rockets, Atlanta Hawks and New York Knickerbockers. Over 8 seasons, he played 483 games, scored 4030 points (8.3 ppg) and grabbed 2366 rebounds (4.9 rpg). McCormick also dished out 491 assists (1.0 apg), made 139 steals (0.3 spg), and blocked 187 shots (0.4 bpg) during his career. Born in Detroit, Michigan on March 10, 1962, McCormick stands 6-11 and weighs 240 lbs. He attended high school at Clarkston in Clarkston, Michigan and college at University of Michigan. He was drafted by the Cleveland Cavaliers in the 1st round (12th pick, 12th overall) of the 1984 NBA draft.
