Tim Kempton (full name: Timothy Joseph Kempton; Tim) played Forward-Center from 1987 until 1998 for the Los Angeles Clippers, Charlotte Hornets, Denver Nuggets, Phoenix Suns, Cleveland Cavaliers, Atlanta Hawks, San Antonio Spurs, Orlando Magic and Toronto Raptors. Over 8 seasons, he played 280 games, scored 1259 points (4.5 ppg) and grabbed 795 rebounds (2.8 rpg). Kempton also dished out 307 assists (1.1 apg), made 121 steals (0.4 spg), and blocked 44 shots (0.2 bpg) during his career. Born in Jamaica, New York on January 25, 1964, Kempton stands 6-10 and weighs 245 lbs. He attended high school at Saint Dominic in Oyster Bay, New York and college at University of Notre Dame. He was drafted by the Los Angeles Clippers in the 6th round (8th pick, 124th overall) of the 1986 NBA draft.
