Terry Shumpert (full name: Terrance Darnell Shumpert; no nicknames) played second baseman, pinch hitter and leftfielder from 1990 until 2003 for the Kansas City Royals, Boston Red Sox, Chicago Cubs, San Diego Padres, Colorado Rockies and Tampa Bay Devil Rays. He played for the Royals from 1990 - 1994, Red Sox in 1995, Cubs in 1996, Padres in 1997, Rockies from 1998 - 2002 and Devil Rays in 2003.
