Steve Weeks (full name: Steve Weeks; no nicknames) played goalie from 1981 until 1993 for the New York Rangers, Hartford Whalers, Vancouver Canucks, New York Islanders, Los Angeles Kings and Ottawa Senators. He played for the Rangers from 1981 - 1984, Whalers from 1985 - 1988, Canucks from 1988 - 1991, Islanders in 1992, Kings in 1992 and Senators in 1993. Over 13 seasons, he played 290 games, scored 0 goals, and made 7 assists. Born in Scarborough, Ontario on June 30, 1958, Weeks stands 5-11 and weighs 170 lbs. He was drafted by the New York Rangers in the 11th round (176th overall) of the 1978 NHL Amateur Draft. Weeks officially announced retirement on February 20, 1993.
