Steve Maltais (full name: Steve Maltais; no nicknames) played left wing from 1990 until 2001 for the Washington Capitals, Minnesota North Stars, Tampa Bay Lightning, Detroit Red Wings and Columbus Blue Jackets. He played for the Capitals from 1990 - 1991, North Stars in 1992, Lightning in 1993, Red Wings in 1994 and Blue Jackets in 2001.
