Steve Freeman (fullname: Steven Jay Freeman; no nicknames) played Defensive Back from 1975 until 1987 for the Buffalo Bills and Minnesota Vikings. He played 190 games, made tackles, intercepted 23 passes, recovered 8 fumbles, and is credited with 3.0 quarterback sacks. Born in Lamesa, TX on May 8, 1953, Freeman stands 5'11 and weighs 185 lbs. He attended college at Mississippi State. He was drafted by the New England Patriots in the 5th round (117th overall) of the 1975 NFL Draft.
