Over 15 seasons, he played 1425 games, hit 52 home runs, drove in 466 runs, and stole 45 bases. Born on May 8, 1948 in Trenton, NJ, Braun stands 5' 10" and weighs 180 lb. He attended Hopewell Valley (Pennington, NJ) high school and was drafted by the Minnesota Twins in the 10th round of the 1966 amateur draft.
