He played for the Red Sox in 1944 and Cardinals in 1945. Over 2 seasons, he started 3 games, won 0 games, struck out 6 batters, and had a 6.91 ERA. Born on October 21, 1922 in Chicopee Falls, MA, Partenheimer stood 5' 11" and weighed 175 lb. He attended Sewickley Academy (Sewickley, PA) high school. His debut was on May 27, 1944 and he played his final game on September 11, 1945. Common misspellings of his name include Stanwood Party Stan stanley stanly Wendell Partenheimer.
