Stan Hack (full name: Stanley Camfield Hack; Smiling Stan) played third baseman from 1932 until 1947 for the Chicago Cubs. He played for the Cubs from 1932 - 1947. Over 16 seasons, he played 1938 games, hit 57 home runs, drove in 1239 runs, and stole 165 bases. Born on December 6, 1909 in Sacramento, CA, Hack stood 6' 0" and weighed 170 lb. He attended Sacramento (Sacramento, CA) (All Transactions) high school. His debut was on April 12, 1932 and he played his final game on September 24, 1947.
