About Sleepy Floyd:
Sleepy Floyd (full name: Eric Augustus Floyd; Sleepy) played Guard from 1983 until 1995 for the New Jersey Nets, Golden State Warriors, Houston Rockets and San Antonio Spurs. Over 13 seasons, he played 957 games, scored 12260 points (12.8 ppg) and grabbed 2494 rebounds (2.6 rpg). Floyd also dished out 5175 assists (5.4 apg), made 1120 steals (1.2 spg), and blocked 215 shots (0.2 bpg) during his career. Born in Gastonia, North Carolina on March 6, 1960, Floyd stands 6-3 and weighs 170 lbs. He attended high school at Hunter Huss in Gastonia, North Carolina and college at Georgetown University. He was drafted by the New Jersey Nets in the 1st round (13th pick, 13th overall) of the 1982 NBA draft.
