Sid Monge (full name: Isidro Pedroza Monge; no nicknames) played pitcher from 1975 until 1984 for the California Angels, Cleveland Indians, Philadelphia Phillies, San Diego Padres and Detroit Tigers. He played for the Angels from 1975 - 1977, Indians from 1977 - 1981, Phillies from 1982 - 1983, Padres from 1983 - 1984 and Tigers in 1984. Over 10 seasons, he started 17 games, won 49 games, struck out 471 batters, and had a 3.53 ERA. Born on April 11, 1951 in Agua Prieta, Sonora, Mexico, Monge stands 6' 2" and weighs 185 lb.
