Sibby Sisti (full name: Sebastian Daniel Sisti; no nicknames) played second baseman, third baseman and shortstop from 1939 until 1954 for the Boston Bees, Boston Braves and Milwaukee Braves. He played for the Bees from 1939 - 1940, Braves from 1941 - 1952 and Braves from 1953 - 1954. Over 13 seasons, he played 1016 games, hit 27 home runs, drove in 401 runs, and stole 30 bases. Born on July 26, 1920 in Buffalo, NY, Sisti stood 5' 11" and weighed 175 lb. He attended Canisius (Buffalo, NY) high school.
