Sherman Douglas (full name: Sherman Douglas; The General) played Guard from 1990 until 2001 for the Miami Heat, Boston Celtics, Milwaukee Bucks, New Jersey Nets and Los Angeles Clippers. Over 12 seasons, he played 765 games, scored 8425 points (11.0 ppg) and grabbed 1672 rebounds (2.2 rpg). Douglas also dished out 4536 assists (5.9 apg), made 785 steals (1.0 spg), and blocked 76 shots (0.1 bpg) during his career. Born in Washington, District of Columbia on September 15, 1966, Douglas stands 6-0 and weighs 180 lbs. He attended high school at Spingarn in Washington, District of Columbia and college at Syracuse University. He was drafted by the Miami Heat in the 2nd round (1st pick, 28th overall) of the 1989 NBA draft.
