Sheldon Souray (full name: Sheldon Souray; no nicknames) played defenseman from 1998 until 2010 for the New Jersey Devils, Montreal Canadiens and Edmonton Oilers. He played for the Devils from 1998 - 2000, Canadies from 2000 - 2007 and Oilers from 2008 - 2010. Over 11 seasons, he played 650 games, scored 96 goals, and made 166 assists. Born in Elk Point, Alberta on July 13, 1976, Souray stands 6-4 and weighs 233 lbs. He was drafted by the New Jersey Devils in the 3rd round (71st overall) of the 1994 NHL Entry Draft.
