Pak, Re Si was born in Daejeon, Republic of Korea (South) on September 28, 1977. She stands 5 feet 6 inches and playing golf professionally on the Ladies Professional Golf Association. Hailing from South Korea, she started her professional golf career in 1996 in the United States.

At the age of 20, she won 6 tournaments on the Korean Ladies Professional Golf Association Tour in 1996 and 1997. She was also crowned with victories in 2 major rookie seasons namely McDonald’s LPGA Championship and U.S. Women’s Open in 1998. In the said tournaments, she was able to defeat Donna Andrews, Lisa Hackney and Jenny Chuasiripom. During her tours, she is the only Korean golf player who showed up to the LPGA in 1998. After 10 years, she was one of 45 Koreans on tour.

Playing successfully in ladies division, she is also competed in a professional men’s event at the SBS Tournament on the Korean Tour in 2003. In 2006, he won another McDonald’s event over Karrie Webb.

At the age of 29, she qualified for the World Golf Hall of Fame in June of 2007. She has set records of winning 24 events on Tours including 3 more majors. She also won the Jamie Farr Owens Corning Classic for the 5th time in 2007.
