Scott Lachance (full name: Scott Lachance; no nicknames) played defenseman from 1992 until 2004 for the New York Islanders, Montreal Canadiens, Vancouver Canucks and Columbus Blue Jackets. He played for the Islanders from 1992 - 1999, Canadies from 1999 - 2000, Canucks from 2001 - 2002 and Blue Jackets from 2003 - 2004. Over 13 seasons, he played 819 games, scored 31 goals, and made 112 assists. Born in Charlottesville, Virginia on October 22, 1972, Lachance stands 6-1 and weighs 215 lbs. He was drafted by the New York Islanders in the 1st round (4th overall) of the 1991 NHL Entry Draft.
