Sandy Consuegra (full name: Sandalio Simeon (Castello) Consuegra; no nicknames) played pitcher from 1950 until 1957 for the Washington Senators, Chicago White Sox, Baltimore Orioles and New York Giants. He played for the Senators from 1950 - 1953, White Sox from 1953 - 1956, Orioles from 1956 - 1957 and Giants in 1957. Over 8 seasons, he started 71 games, won 51 games, struck out 193 batters, and had a 3.37 ERA. Born on September 3, 1920 in Potrerillos, Cuba (All Transactions), Consuegra stood 5' 11" and weighed 165 lb. He attended high school.
