Sam Vincent (full name: James Samuel Vincent; Sam) played Guard from 1986 until 1992 for the Boston Celtics, Seattle Supersonics, Chicago Bulls and Orlando Magic. Over 7 seasons, he played 396 games, scored 3106 points (7.8 ppg) and grabbed 819 rebounds (2.1 rpg). Vincent also dished out 1543 assists (3.9 apg), made 268 steals (0.7 spg), and blocked 60 shots (0.2 bpg) during his career. Born in Lansing, Michigan on May 18, 1963, Vincent stands 6-2 and weighs 185 lbs. He attended high school at Eastern in Lansing, Michigan and college at Michigan State University. He was drafted by the Boston Celtics in the 1st round (20th pick, 20th overall) of the 1985 NBA draft.
