Rusty Kuntz (full name: Russell Jay Kuntz; no nicknames) played outfielder from 1979 until 1985 for the Chicago White Sox, Minnesota Twins and Detroit Tigers. He played for the White Sox from 1979 - 1983, Twins in 1983 and Tigers from 1984 - 1985. Over 7 seasons, he played 277 games, hit 5 home runs, drove in 75 runs, and stole 5 bases. Born on February 4, 1955 in Orange, CA, Kuntz stands 6' 3" and weighs 190 lb. He attended high school and was drafted by the Chicago White Sox in the 11th round of the 1977 amateur draft.
