Ronald Jack Mix played right tackle and guard for the American Football League’s San Diego Chargers upon his graduation. He helped the Chargers win in AFL Championship in 1963 and was elected to the AFL All-Star team for nine years being Charger and is one among the only 20 men who played for the entire 10 years of AFL. He was voted to the Hall of Fame in 1979. He is currently practicing Law specializing in compensation benefits of retired athletes in San Diego.

About Ron Mix:
Ron Mix (fullname: Ronald Jack Mix; no nicknames) played from 1960 until 1971 for the Los Angeles Chargers, San Diego Chargers and Oakland Raiders. He played 142 games, starting 4 of those. Born in Los Angeles, CA on March 10, 1938, Mix stands 6'4 and weighs 250 lbs. He attended college at USC. He was drafted by the Baltimore Colts in the 1st round (10th overall) of the 1960 NFL Draft. Mix was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 1979.
