Ron Low (full name: Ron Low; no nicknames) played goalie from 1973 until 1985 for the Toronto Maple Leafs, Washington Capitals, Detroit Red Wings, Quebec Nordiques, Edmonton Oilers and New Jersey Devils. He played for the Leafs in 1973, Capitals from 1975 - 1977, Red Wings in 1978, Nordiques in 1980, Oilers from 1980 - 1983 and Devils from 1983 - 1985. Over 11 seasons, he played 382 games, scored 0 goals, and made 8 assists. Born in Birtle, Manitoba on June 21, 1950, Low stands 6-1 and weighs 205 lbs. He was drafted by the Toronto Maple Leafs in the 8th round (103rd overall) of the 1970 NHL Amateur Draft.
